楊 雨 Yu Yang

楊雨現就讀路易斯安那大學音樂系，主修低音提琴，現師事魏詠蕎，曾師事江秀如、李青芳。自幼學習鋼琴，十歲開始學習低音提琴。畢業於臺中市光復國小音樂班、雙十國中音樂班、臺中二中音樂班，大學考取國立臺北藝術大學、國立台灣師範大學，並同時錄取新英格蘭音樂院、辛辛那提音樂院。

楊雨曾參加Lawrence Wolfe (Assistant Principal of Boston symphony orchestra), James VanDemark (Professor at Eastman School of Music), Ju-Fang Liu (Principle of Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra), and Jory Herman (Los Angeles Philharmonic) 的大師班。並在大一時進入該校協奏曲比賽決賽。

在學術方面，楊雨曾在 LSU Discover Day Undergraduate Research Conference 發表大四小論文，並榮獲該學院第一名。

除了專業領域外，楊雨也積極參與領導和公益活動，現擔任LSU Project Wellness Co-Music Chair, LSU honors college advocate, Louisiana Bass Fest Assistant, LSU Alpha Epsilon Delta member，並在Baton Rouge General Hospital, Art in Medicine Program, St. James Place Nursing Home, Red Stick Pediatric 擔任志工。
